There are special requirements for rangehoods (Overhead Clearances) installed over an indoor gas BBQ. Please be sure to check with your rangehood supplier that the product they are supplying is suitable for use over an indoor BBQ and meets any or all standards/requirements. This is the responsibility of the rangehood supplier and not Nomalon / Viking Australia. Installation should be made in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions, municipal building codes and AS5601-2004 Gas installations.
